Tasley Garden Village will be a sustainable community designed around an extensive landscape featuring a 19.5ha country park and green infrastructure.
High-quality homes, employment opportunities, a two-form entry primary school, and a local centre will create an inclusive environment with sustainable connections to the wider town of Bridgnorth.
Landscaped streets and green corridors will enhance biodiversity, promote active lifestyles, and integrate natural features, blending traditional village charm with modern sustainable principles for a vibrant, lasting community.
It is intended that Tasley Garden Village will have a bespoke design approach, giving it a unique and distinctive look, following broad garden village principles. The design of homes will evolve as the planning process moves forward and further consultations take place on more detailed planning applications later in the process, however the project team has produced some early indicative sketches to illustrate how the homes in both the Bloor Homes and Taylor Wimpey portions of the development could potentially look.
